Description
The Community Engagement Coordinator provides outreach, education, recruitment, referrals, transportation, and community coordination for eligible families participating in the HEART program in Smith County. The role maintains participant records in Salesforce (BCFS), supports program events and meetings, builds relationships with community and service partners, and follows professional and ethical standards. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of job experience, First Aid and CPR certification, a valid Texas driver’s license, reliable transportation, and work authorization in the United States; the employer does not sponsor employment visas.
