Autism Speaks is hiring two Community Engagement Interns for a 10–12 week remote program during the Fall and Winter semesters, with applicants based in Chicago, Illinois, or St. Louis, Missouri. The intern will support event logistics for the Empower Walk and 5K in Chicago and the St. Louis Gala and Golf Tournament, including donations, participant recruitment, volunteers, vendors, marketing, communications, donor and sponsor outreach, and administrative support. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in progress, eligibility for academic credit, a flexible 20-hour-per-week schedule, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media technology.
