Oracle is hiring a Community Engagement Manager to build trusted relationships with community organizations, civic leaders, educational institutions, local government officials, workforce partners, businesses, and other stakeholders in Doña Ana County, New Mexico. The role plans and executes community programs and events, conducts listening sessions, supports workforce development and local vendor engagement, represents Oracle in civic and technology forums, and contributes to brand building and recruitment. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, stakeholder relationship-building experience, and strong project and program management skills. The stated hiring range is $91,400 to $187,000 per year, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
