Favor is hiring a Community Growth Specialist to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition through community partnerships, local events, pop-ups, and direct customer engagement in the Austin market. The role involves meeting sales and activation quotas, managing event logistics, distributing promotional materials, researching local opportunities, and collaborating with Marketing and Operations. It is a hybrid position requiring roughly three days per week from home and the remaining days in person at the Austin headquarters, with a Monday–Friday schedule and weekend flexibility.
