In Flight, Inc. is hiring Community Habilitation Direct Support Professionals to work one-on-one with children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in homes and the community. The role supports independence and life skills, teaches new tasks, helps achieve life goals, plans community activities, and collaborates with team members. It is a per diem position with pay of $18.50–$21.00 plus experience and education bonuses, available in Poughkeepsie, Rhinebeck, Salt Point, Pine Plains, Wappingers, LaGrange, and Red Hook. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, must pass New York State and OPWDD background clearances, attend orientation in Red Hook, and use their own vehicle with mileage reimbursement available.
