In Flight, Inc. is hiring a Community Habilitation Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support to children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities at home and in the community. The role involves teaching new tasks, helping individuals achieve life goals, planning community activities, and working independently while collaborating with team members. This is a per diem position paying $18.50–$21.00, with experience and education bonuses, and requires a high school diploma or GED, NYS and OPWDD background clearances, a week-and-a-half orientation in Red Hook, and the use of the applicant’s own vehicle.
