The role supports independence and life skills, teaches new tasks, helps achieve life goals, plans community activities, and collaborates with team members. It is a per diem position serving cases in Hopewell Junction and Poughquag, with a pay range of $18.50–$21.00 plus experience and education bonuses, and requires a high school diploma or GED, background clearances, orientation in Red Hook, and use of the applicant’s own vehicle.
