Description
The Technical Assistant will support the e-Health Directorate in Niger’s community health digitalization by updating and validating the geolocated RECo/RCom volunteer mapping, administering and maintaining the eCHIS/CommCare mobile platform, integrating community health data into DHIS2, ensuring data quality and HAPDP compliance, and training community health and e-Health stakeholders. The role requires a Bac+3 degree in a relevant field, 3–5 years of experience with mobile data collection or community health platforms, GIS and CommCare experience, and strong French and English skills.
