The Mohave County Public Health Department is hiring a Community Health Education Specialist I to support the Rural Health Transformation Project through its Mobile Health Unit Program. The role develops and coordinates community health education and prevention programs, conducts public presentations and outreach, provides counseling and referrals, collects and reports data, assists with grant proposals, and collaborates with community partners. The position requires a bachelor's degree in public health education or a related field and at least one year of public health education experience, with rural or underserved-population experience preferred. Compensation is $21.09–$24.44 per hour for Steps 1–6, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, wellness, and other benefits.
