Description
Financial Plus Credit Union is hiring a Community Impact Specialist to support community outreach, sponsorships, volunteer initiatives, community events, and partnership coordination across its markets, with a focus on the Northern markets of Saginaw and Bay Counties. The role works with the Community Impact Manager, Business Development, branch leaders, Financial Wellness, and community partners to strengthen community relationships, execute outreach activities, manage event logistics and materials, track sponsorship commitments, and support community impact reporting. The position requires an associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 1–3 years of related experience, community-organization or public-event experience, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 and event or project management tools. It is a 40-hour-per-week salary-exempt role paying $60,000–$70,000 annually.
