Goodwill is hiring a full-time, in-person Community Integration Manager to lead staff who support individuals with developmental disabilities. The role includes team recruitment and supervision, community inclusion partnerships, service quality and regulatory compliance, participant transportation, scheduling and staffing coordination, budget and participant-fund oversight, and occasional direct support during transportation, coverage, or emergencies. An associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred, along with supervisory experience, knowledge of developmental-disability regulations, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to meet transportation and physical requirements.
