Citi is hiring a full-time Program Analyst for its Community Investing and Development team in India. Reporting to the Director of Community Programs and Corporate Social Responsibility, the role provides administrative, operational, project-management, travel, expense, reporting, and volunteerism support for community relations and CSR activities. The position requires strong Microsoft Office proficiency, organizational and project-management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities; prior administrative or office-management experience and exposure to community investing, philanthropy, or corporate social responsibility are preferred.
