Description
The Community Justice Worker (CJW) Pilot Coordinator will support the implementation and day-to-day operations of 603 Legal Aid's CJW Pilot, coordinating volunteer engagement, community partnerships, project logistics, training, data collection, evaluation, outreach, and administrative support. The role requires an associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2–4 years of program coordination, community engagement, or volunteer management experience, with experience in community organizations, social services, or grant-funded program support preferred. It is a full-time hybrid position based in Concord, New Hampshire, with three office days and two remote days after an initial 90-day period, and compensation of $26.50–$27.50 per hour.
