Description
The Community Lead will launch JETSET Pilates in new markets and grow the studio community by building local partnerships, organizing events and activations, creating social media content, generating leads, converting prospective members, supporting studio operations, and delivering an exceptional member experience. The role works alongside the General Manager and requires experience in hospitality, fitness, retail, events, marketing, or community engagement, along with strong communication, organizational, entrepreneurial, and flexibility skills.
