Description
OpenRouter is hiring a Community Lead to own and grow its developer community across Discord, Twitter/X, Reddit, and other channels. The role focuses on Discord stewardship, contributor and moderator programs, community automation, sentiment tracking, in-person event enablement, social engagement, and translating developer feedback into product insights. It is a hands-on, founding community role with roughly an 80/20 split between online and in-person work, requiring at least three years of relevant community experience, hands-on LLM and API experience, and strong written communication. The position is fully remote, with the ideal candidate based in the Bay Area or able to travel regularly for events.
