The Community Leasing Agent will promote InterRent communities and properties, present suites, accept and process rental applications, handle resident inquiries, support community events, inspect suites, and maintain records. The role requires sales knowledge or experience, customer service, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong organization, problem-solving, listening, and English fluency in Ontario. It is a full-time, five-day-in-office position requiring a personal vehicle and clean driver’s abstract, with flexible hours including weekends. Compensation is $45,000-$47,000 annually plus uncapped commission, with top performers potentially earning $60,000-$70,000.
