InterRent is hiring a Community Leasing Agent to promote residential communities, present suites, accept and process rental applications, handle resident inquiries, support community events, and maintain property quality standards. The role requires sales knowledge or experience, customer service, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong organization, and a clean driver’s abstract; it is full-time and in-office five days per week, with flexible hours including weekends. Candidates must have their own vehicle and, in Ontario and British Columbia, fluent English and French skills, while French is an asset in Ottawa. The position is available in Guelph, Hamilton, London, Burlington, Oakville, Toronto, Ottawa, and Vancouver, with annual compensation of $45,000–$48,000 plus uncapped commission.
