Citi is hiring a full-time Community Mortgage Lending Officer in San Jose, California, to drive mortgage sales and client relationships with community clients, real estate agents, and affordable-housing nonprofit partners. The role involves assessing customers’ financial situations, recommending lending solutions, supporting loan applications and closings, developing referral relationships, and meeting a minimum of three loans per month with at least 50% in CRA-eligible or minority-tract loans.
