Description
AbleLight is hiring a Community Life Coach to support people with intellectual disabilities by identifying community resources, facilitating participation in neighborhood activities and events, building social connections, ensuring safety, and providing attendant care or other supports as needed. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, Microsoft Office and electronic charting skills, a valid driver’s license, background-check clearance, and the ability to lift and stand for extended periods. Compensation is $19.50–$23 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and other benefits.
