The resident-facing role supports community programs and events, resident communications, administrative tasks, website and digital content, and day-to-day community operations. The position pays $20.00–$23.00 per hour plus benefits and 16 paid holidays, and requires a Tuesday–Saturday schedule with occasional evening or holiday support. Candidates should have at least one year of event or program planning or coordination experience, relevant professional experience, customer service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a valid driver’s license.
