A Bright Future, Inc. is hiring a part-time Community Living Instructor to provide one-on-one support and teach independent living skills to an individual with developmental and intellectual disabilities in Hayward and surrounding areas, with possible travel to San Ramon. The role covers personal care, household tasks, community outings, safety monitoring, and documentation, and requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, drug screening, DOJ fingerprint clearance, a negative TB test, and CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it within 90 days. No prior experience is required because paid training is provided, and the schedule is approximately three hours per shift, two days per week, at $16.90 per hour.
