Viability is hiring a Community Living Support Professional 2 (Residential Direct Care) for an on-call relief position in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. The role serves adults with co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders in a small group living environment, supports daily residence operations, accompanies residents to activities and appointments, and provides training in medication administration, dual diagnosis, and trauma-informed care. The position pays $22.92 per hour, offers no set weekly hours, and covers first, second, and overnight shifts. A high school, GED, or HiSET plus one year of related experience or training is required; supervisory or human-service experience is desired.
