Description
The Community Manager will serve as the on-site leader for National Village in Opelika, Alabama, overseeing community association operations, Board relations, financial administration, architectural standards, compliance, vendors, resident communications, projects, and preservation of community assets. The role partners with the Board of Directors and Associa McKay Management to maintain luxury residential-community standards, manage budgets and contracts, coordinate capital and reserve projects, facilitate meetings, respond to homeowners, and deliver accountable, proactive service aligned with The McKay Way.
