The role involves assisting the sales team, coordinating community turnover, preparing land acquisition documents, managing land development budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS degree in Real Estate, Finance, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering, along with 2-3 years of related experience.
