Description
The Community Manager will oversee the daily operations of a Section 8 and Tax Credit apartment community, including resident relations, compliance, occupancy and rent collection, financial performance, maintenance coordination, staff supervision, leasing, and community events. The role requires residential property management experience, supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Yardi. It is a full-time position with an anticipated annualized base salary of $70,000 to $75,000 and eligibility for discretionary or performance-based bonuses and health and welfare benefits.
