Brothers Property Management is hiring a Property Manager to provide leadership and oversight of day-to-day operations for affordable multifamily properties in the Denver Metro area. The role manages rent collection, inspections, lease enforcement, occupancy, resident certifications, budgets, compliance reporting, resident services, site staff, vendors, and capital projects. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of LIHTC experience, at least 2 years of property management experience, affordable-housing experience preferred, a COS or equivalent certificate, property management software experience, Colorado driver’s license and transportation, and the ability to travel regularly.
