Envolve Client Services Group is hiring a part-time Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Vance Commons Apartments in Henderson, North Carolina. The role manages on-site staff, leasing and marketing, resident relations, budgets, maintenance, vendor contracts, compliance, and property performance, with a schedule of 24 hours per week and compensation of $20.00 to $20.50 per hour based on experience. Tax credit experience is required, while a high school diploma or equivalent, some college, a valid driver's license, and HCCP certification are specified or preferred.
