Envolve Community Management is hiring a Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Carriage House Apartments in Petersburg, Virginia. The role manages on-site staff, leasing and marketing, resident relations, property maintenance, budgets, vendor contracts, rental collections, inspections, and compliance with fair-housing and safety requirements. Candidates must have tax credit and HUD experience, at least three years of community-manager experience, strong financial and Microsoft Office skills, and reliable transportation; Yardi Voyager experience and some college are preferred.
