Ross is hiring a Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of its Northfield apartment community in Denver, Colorado. The role manages on-site staff, leasing and marketing, resident relations, budgets, maintenance, capital projects, vendor contracts, compliance, and market analysis while driving occupancy and net operating income. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager experience or equivalent management experience, a valid driver's license, strong financial and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and willingness to work weekends and holidays; HCCP certification and Yardi experience are preferred. The salary range is $70,000 to $73,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, paid time off, and other benefits.
