Envolve Client Services Group is hiring a full-time Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Hillpoint Trace Apartments. The role manages on-site staff, leasing and marketing, resident relations, market analysis, budgets, maintenance, vendor contracts, compliance, and property performance. Candidates need tax credit experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of community manager or assistant community manager experience, a valid driver's license, and strong financial management and communication skills. The position offers an annual salary of $41,600 to $47,840 based on experience, along with medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, paid time off, and other benefits.
