Envolve Client Services Group is hiring a Community Manager in Memphis, Tennessee to oversee the overall performance and day-to-day operation of an assigned apartment property. The role manages on-site staff, leasing and marketing activities, resident relations, property maintenance, budgets, vendor contracts, rental collections, inspections, and compliance with fair-housing and safety requirements. Candidates need strong financial management, budgeting, forecasting, cost-control, property-management, and Microsoft Office skills, along with experience with tax-credit affordable-housing properties, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license. The pay range is $50,000 to $55,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, paid time off, and other benefits.
