Description
The Property Manager will operate an affordable-housing community, managing budgets, occupancy, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, inspections, compliance, and reporting. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, one year of affordable property-management experience, a valid Texas driver's license, and the ability to work variable hours and overtime.
