Description
The Community Manager oversees the daily operations, resident occupancy, leasing, rent collection, budgeting, regulatory compliance, resident relations, and maintenance coordination of an affordable housing community or portfolio. The role supervises administrative and maintenance personnel, prepares financial and operational reports, and requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of relevant property management or affordable housing experience, and several professional certifications, including ARM, CMH, COS, STAR, and a New York State Notary License.
