Centurion Asset Management Inc. is hiring a full-time contract Community Manager to support the Director, Residential Operations (Prairies) in managing an apartment community in Winnipeg. The role covers resident relations, customer service, rent collection, property inspections, lease preparation, compliance with residential tenancy and safety legislation, risk assessments, reporting, and vacant-unit leasing. Candidates need at least three years of experience independently managing a multi-family residential apartment building, leasing or sales experience, knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Yardi experience is an asset.
