Required Previous Experiences: 3+ years of hands-on property management experience.
Multifamily property experience.
Previous track record of maintaining occupancy and net operating incomes in multi-family property management positions.
Preferred Qualifications: Industry certification.
Successful track record as a supervisor.
Strong understanding of financial statements like budget, financial reports, P&L Statements, and General Ledger.
Experience in writing and maintaining budgets.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Strong knowledge of Yardi or other property management accounting software.
Strong understanding of federal, state, and local fair housing laws and provisions.
