Additional Information

Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Required Previous Experiences: 3 or more years of hands-on property management experience.
Multifamily property experience required.
Experience in writing and maintaining budgets.
Preferred Qualifications: Industry certification preferred.
Valid driver’s license may be required.
A successful track record as a supervisor is preferred.
Strong understanding of federal, state, and local fair housing laws and provisions.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
