Description
The Community Manager owns the programming, communications, hospitality strategy, events, tenant relationships, and amenity operations for an office building. The role curates tenant programs and partnerships, manages budgets and vendors, maintains digital communications and the tenant experience app, supports leasing and facilities teams, and builds trusted relationships with tenants. Candidates should have 2–3 years of community, hospitality, or customer-facing experience, along with marketing communications, organizational, and tenant relationship skills. The base salary is $90,000–$95,000, with a 10% annual performance bonus and medical, dental, vision, life, and 401(k) benefits.
