Description
The Community Manager owns the tenant programming and building-experience experience for a commercial asset. The role designs and executes tenant events, manages budgets and vendors, maintains the tenant app, signage, and newsletter, oversees amenity inventory and facilities issues, and builds relationships with tenant leads and occupants. Candidates should have 3–4 years of community, hospitality, or customer-facing experience, strong communications and organizational skills, and comfort with digital tools. The base salary is $80,000–$90,000, with a 10% annual performance bonus and medical, dental, vision, life, and 401(k) benefits.
