The role combines resident experience leadership, team management, community operations, budget and resource oversight, maintenance and contractor coordination, compliance, risk and safety management, and support for community events and lifestyle programs. Candidates should have leadership experience in community management, retirement living, aged care, hospitality, tourism, customer service, or a related field, along with strong communication, relationship-building, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.
