Ingenia is hiring a Community Manager for its Lifestyle Parkside Lucas site. Reporting to the Area Manager, the role leads day-to-day community operations, resident engagement, presentation standards, occupancy and tenancy, lifestyle and wellbeing programs, financial performance through budgeting and P&L management, and the leadership of team members and contractors. Applicants should have experience managing resident or customer relationships in property, hospitality, aged care, or community settings, along with experience in operations, budgets, P&L performance, or commercial outcomes. The position requires the ability to work in Australia and provide evidence of working rights.
