Ingenia is hiring a Community Manager for its Seachange Emerald Lakes lifestyle community. Reporting to the Area Manager, the role leads day-to-day community operations, resident engagement, customer service, lifestyle and wellbeing programs, budgeting, P&L performance, and team leadership. Applicants should have experience managing resident or customer relationships in property, hospitality, aged care, or community settings, along with experience in operations, budgets, P&L performance, or commercial outcomes. The position requires the ability to work in Australia and provide evidence of working rights.
