Ingenia is hiring a Community Manager for its Sunnylake Shores Lifestyle site. Reporting to the Area Manager, the role leads day-to-day community operations, resident engagement, customer service, lifestyle and wellbeing programs, budgeting, P&L performance, and team leadership. Applicants should have experience managing resident or customer relationships, leading operations, managing budgets or P&L outcomes, handling challenging situations, and holding a valid C-Class License. The position requires Australian working rights and a National Police Check.
