Description
Kraken is hiring a Community Manager to build and grow its crypto trading community across Discord, Telegram, X, TradingView, Reddit, and other channels. The role involves rapid, accurate community participation; building an ambassador and power-user program; hosting AMAs and live trading sessions; closing feedback loops with Product; creating technical content; and measuring sentiment, share of voice, signups, and retention. Candidates should be active traders, have at least three years of community or social experience with a technical audience, write well, and operate autonomously in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
