GoldOller is seeking a Community Manager to lead the operational, financial, leasing, resident relations, maintenance, and team-development functions of a residential multifamily property. The role manages budgets and occupancy performance, oversees leasing and resident retention, coordinates maintenance and vendors, enforces compliance, and coaches a site team. It requires residential property management and multifamily experience, OneSite proficiency, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel and work weekends.
