Description
Omninet Capital is hiring a full-time Community Manager for a multifamily property in the Phoenix area. The role leads resident relations, maintenance, vendors, inspections, apartment turns, and property presentation; drives occupancy, leasing, renewals, retention, and revenue performance; manages budgets, financial statements, forecasts, and variances; and recruits, coaches, and oversees an onsite team. The position requires at least five years of progressive multifamily property-management experience, strong financial and communication skills, Yardi and Microsoft Office proficiency, and knowledge of Fair Housing and multifamily regulations.
