Community Manager at Redstone Residential

Redstone Residential is hiring a part-time, non-exempt Community Manager to oversee the full operation of a student or multifamily property. Reporting to the Regional Manager, the role manages budgets, leasing, occupancy, rent collection, resident retention, marketing, construction projects, staff performance, and resident and community relationships. The position requires at least one year of student housing or multifamily property management experience, one year of property manager experience, client-facing experience, budget and P&L ownership, and the ability to manage projects and multitask. Compensation is $16.00 per hour plus up to 20% in performance bonuses, with health, vision, dental, retirement, disability, and other benefits.
