S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is hiring a full-time Community Manager for its Wendover Walk community in Charlotte, North Carolina. Reporting to the Regional Property Manager and supervising all on-site personnel, the role manages the property’s operations, leasing, resident relations, rent collection, maintenance, security, financial reporting, budgeting, contractor coordination, and employee hiring and discipline. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, current Fair Housing certification, and a valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle; supervisory experience and advanced management, public relations, or accounting coursework are preferred.
