Description
The Community Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of an affordable housing asset at Stallion Pointe in Fort Worth, Texas. The role directs loss prevention, risk management, safety and security, maintenance, marketing, leasing, resident relations, financial reporting, compliance audits, inspections, and vendor management while supervising maintenance technicians, office staff, and leasing team members. The position requires at least four years of property management experience, knowledge of affordable housing programs and regulations, property management software skills, and strong communication and supervisory abilities. Compensation is hourly plus benefits and bonus eligibility, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
