Strix is hiring a Community Manager to build and grow its community of hackers, security engineers, and developers using its open-source AI penetration-testing agent. The role owns the Discord, developer forums, community programs, online events, feedback loops, and the company’s open-source presence, while working with founders to shape its voice. Candidates should have at least two years managing developer or security communities, strong technical writing, and familiarity with hacker and developer culture; experience organizing CTFs or open-source programs is a plus.
