Thompson Thrift is hiring a Community Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a Class A multifamily community in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. The role oversees on-site teams, resident satisfaction, occupancy and leasing performance, budgeting, rent collections, expense control, maintenance coordination, compliance, and financial reporting. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least four years of progressive multifamily property management experience, a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and on-call work. An associate or bachelor’s degree, Class A or luxury community experience, Yardi software experience, and a Certified Apartment Manager designation are preferred.
